Base rate: ¥58,000 per night for up to 6 guests (whole house, tax included)

Extra guest: ¥6,000 per person per night from the 7th guest (tax included)

Rates vary by date and plan. The amount you actually pay is shown on the booking calendar at the time of reservation.

Cleaning fee: ¥6,000 flat (linen change, disinfection and full cleaning, tax included)

Late check-out: ¥2,000 per 15 minutes after 11:00 AM (tax included)

Staying with more guests than reserved: ¥10,000 per additional person (tax included)

Bank transfer fees, travel costs to the property and internet connection charges are borne by the customer.

Booked through this official site (booking calendar): credit card

Booked through a partner site (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.): the payment methods set by that site

Credit card: payment is confirmed when your reservation is confirmed.

Partner sites: as determined by each booking site.

Your stay runs from check-in (16:00–21:00) on the reserved date until check-out (11:00) the following day.

Cancellation fees follow the cancellation policy displayed on the booking screen at the time of reservation.

The policy is also stated in the confirmation email, so please review it before completing your booking.

For reservations made through a partner site, that site’s cancellation policy applies.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests (plus one baby cot). Staying with more guests than reserved is not permitted.
